Privacy policy

This template must be reviewed for your company, hosting location, payment provider and applicable privacy law before launch.

Information we process

Basic travel plans may process origin, destination, travel date, traveler count, trip length and budget. Optional reports may process an email address, flight number, airport route, departure time, consent record and verified payment reference.

How information is used

We use information to generate requested plans, enforce fair-use limits, provide optional reports, prevent abuse, operate affiliate links and improve service reliability. We do not request passport numbers or passenger names for the report.

Service providers

Information may be processed by hosting, payment, transactional email, analytics and travel-data providers. Do not send sensitive personal information to generative AI services.

Retention

Report records should be deleted after the configured operational and legal retention period. Usage records and server logs should be retained only as long as reasonably necessary.
